A fitness assessment is a snapshot measuring where your fitness level is now. Six short evaluations give us not only “the big picture,” but also helps us focus on smaller details. Together we can develop a plan that enhances what you already excel at and tweak the areas that need more attention.
The six short evaluations:
- Balance
- Upper body strength
- Core strength
- Flexibility
- Cardiorespiratory endurance
- Body composition
This is not a pass/fail test. Think of a fitness assessment as a wellness “selfie.” Relax, do your best, and have fun. This selfie takes about one hour and you get to wear a t-shirt, sweatpants, and gym shoes. Bring a bottle of water, too.
