Partner training – You’ve done a lot of amazing things together. Why not stay healthy together? Train with your friend, sister, brother, or spouse so you can do even more amazing things.
Group training – Bring in the bridal party (& moms!) for a few group workout sessions before the big day. Choose between strength training, yoga, Pilates, or boot camp and help everyone stay fresh and focused and become fit in time for the wedding.
